| The vintage is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc (72%) and Chardonnay (28%). The Sauvignon Blanc adds beautiful ripe tropical flavours. This vintage is quite opulent and expressive. Ripe gooseberry and figs with peach and apricot. The Chardonnay lends the backbone and structure. The acidity of the Chardonnay creates a really tight and long finish. | The Eikendal Rosé with its charming light pink hue has delightful rose petal, fresh strawberries and raspberry tart flavours on the nose, that follows through to the palate. The wine has a full mouth-feel, with an understated acidity, and a long, pleasing finish. | The Eikendal Shiraz – Petit Verdot exudes notes of cherry tobacco and lusciously ripe berries. This accessible, medium bodied wine is clean and fresh with a sweetish, velvety round palate. Smooth, yet fruit-forward flavours inspire easy, everyday drinking. |
