A classic Stellenbosch blend with depth, structure and remarkable elegance. The nose shows blackcurrants, dark cherries and fine herbal spice, complemented by subtle cedar and graphite notes. On the palate, the wine is powerful and precise, with ripe, well-integrated tannins, lively acidity and a long, balanced finish. A complex red wine with ageing potential and a clear sense of origin. Vinification:
The individual grape varieties are harvested and vinified separately. After traditional fermentation, they are matured in oak barrels to develop structure, depth and harmony. The final assemblage combines power and elegance in a balanced blend with good ageing potential.
