On the palate it is juicy and harmonious, with well-integrated tannins, lively acidity and a rounded, dry finish. A versatile red wine that combines fruit, spice and elegance in harmony. Vinification:
The individual grape varieties are selectively harvested and traditionally fermented separately. They are then matured in oak barrels to develop structure, depth and balance. After maturation, the lots are assembled into the final blend, reflecting the characteristic style of Alto Rouge.
