The grapes are selectively harvested and gently processed to preserve the freshness and varietal aromas of Chenin Blanc. Temperature-controlled fermentation focuses on clarity, fruit and balance. Ageing is deliberately restrained to place the pure expression of the grape variety at the forefront.
