A complex red blend from the Western Cape with spice, depth and balanced structure. The nose combines dark berries, plum and black cherry with peppery notes and fine herbal spice. On the palate, the wine is harmonious and juicy, with well-integrated tannins, lively acidity and a dry, rounded finish. Vinification:
The individual grape varieties are selectively harvested and traditionally fermented separately to bring out their respective characteristics with precision. After fermentation, the lots are assembled into the final blend. Maturation is designed to keep fruit, spice and structure in balance and give the wine clarity, harmony and drinkability.
