The nose reveals dark berries, plum and black cherry accompanied by spicy notes, pepper, herbs and a hint of floral nuances. On the palate the wine is structured and dense, with ripe fruit, finely integrated tannins and a long, dry finish. A characterful blend with substance and ageing potential. Vinification:
The different grape varieties are selectively harvested and vinified separately to bring out their individual aromas and structure with precision. After fermentation, the lots are carefully assembled into the final blend. Maturation is designed to promote complexity, balance and depth without masking the fruit, giving the wine clear structure and harmonious tension. ⠀
