A fine-bubbled, elegant rosé sparkling wine from the Western Cape. The nose shows aromas of red berries, fresh raspberry and subtle floral notes. On the palate the wine is lively and harmonious, with fresh acidity, good length and a pleasantly dry, balanced finish. A versatile Brut Rosé that skilfully combines freshness and flavour. Vinification:
This Brut Rosé is made from a blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay. After primary fermentation, it undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle according to the traditional method, giving it its fine, persistent bubbles. Lees ageing adds complexity and creaminess, while the absence of intensive oak use keeps the rosé's freshness and fruit in focus.
 
Food pairing:
Salmon tartare, prawn cocktail, oysters, sushi and Thai dishes. Also excellent as an aperitif.
