Vinification:
The Cap Classique is made from a blend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir. After the base fermentation, a second fermentation takes place in bottle according to the traditional method (Méthode Cap Classique). As a Brut Nature, the sparkling wine is bottled without dosage, bringing freshness, precision and the unadulterated character of the base wines to the fore.
