Vinification:
The grapes are selectively harvested and gently processed to preserve Pinotage's fine fruit and freshness. After brief skin contact, temperature-controlled fermentation gives the rosé its clear aromatics and lively structure. Maturation is deliberately reductive to emphasise freshness, lightness and precision.
