Vinification:
The grapes are selectively harvested and gently processed to preserve freshness and varietal aromas. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks under temperature control. The winemaking is deliberately reductive to emphasise the clear fruit, freshness and precision of Sauvignon Blanc.
 
Pairs well with:
Caesar salad, grilled prawns and soft goat's cheese with fresh baguette.
