Vinification:
The grapes are selectively harvested and gently processed to preserve the characteristic aromas of Viognier. Fermentation takes place under temperature-controlled conditions, with the aim of highlighting freshness, fruit and balance. Maturation is deliberately restrained to retain the clear style and pure expression of the grape variety.

spicy dishes such as Thai chicken or fish stir-fries, chicken with broccoli and quiche Lorraine.
