Vinification:
After fermentation, the wine matures for 22 months in a combination of new French and American oak barrels. This differentiated oak treatment gives the Pinotage additional depth, structure and complexity. The result is considerable ageing potential: the wine benefits from careful cellar maturation and can continue to develop over 8 to 10 years.
