A pale South African Rosé in the Provence style, with delicate aromas of raspberry, peach and apple blossom. On the palate it shows plenty of juiciness, fresh acidity, strawberry, raspberry, ripe berry fruit and a touch of citrus peel. The wine is light, lively and very inviting.
 
Vinification:
The hand-harvested grapes were matured in stainless steel and then left on the lees for some time.
 
Food pairing:
Seafood, white fish, braised salmon and soft cheese.
