Babylonstoren Chardonnay is a powerful wine for special occasions. Its elegant, refined structure with fine citrus notes, rounded by a creamy texture, makes it ideal with creamy dishes such as risotto, fine fish and steak béarnaise. Maturation in 300-litre French oak barrels gives the wine additional depth. It is ready to drink from the vintage but has wonderful ageing potential over the next four to six years.
