A concentrated, powerful Pinotage with elegance. The nose shows violets, cedar and dark berries; on the palate, raspberry, Maraschino cherry and fine umami are supported by ripe tannins and clear structure. Matured for 22 months in French oak. Perfect with beef, game or mature cheese.

Vinification:
After a four-day cold maceration, fermentation took place under temperature control, with daily pump-overs for optimal extraction. The wine underwent spontaneous malolactic fermentation in barrique and matured for 22 months in French oak barrels, half new and half second-fill.
