This Rosé Méthode Cap Classique from the cool coastal region of Walker Bay is precise, lively and elegant. Red berries, delicate citrus notes and a hint of floral aromas dominate the nose. On the palate, the sparkling wine is brut, with fine bubbles, clean fruit and taut acidity. The style is fresh and linear, with a clean, appetising finish. Vinification:
The grapes are selectively harvested and vinified separately to preserve the freshness and precision of each variety. Secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Méthode Cap Classique. Maturation is geared towards fine bubbles, clarity and balance, with a dry, elegant rosé profile.
 
Food pairing:
Seafood, antipasti, smoked salmon and creamy desserts. Also excellent as an aperitif at a garden party.
