The Sauvignon Blanc grapes are selectively harvested and fermented under temperature-controlled conditions to preserve freshness, aromatics and acidity with precision. Maturation takes place reductively in stainless-steel tanks, with a focus on clarity, precise fruit and a dry, lively style.
