An outstanding Cabernet Sauvignon from the oldest rows at Beyerskloof in Stellenbosch. The nose shows cassis, blackcurrants, blackberries, fine spice, tobacco and subtle oak. On the palate it is powerful, elegant and balanced, with dark chocolate, cedar and supple tannins.
 
Vinification:
24 months of ageing in new French oak barrels, followed by a further 2 years of bottle maturation.
 
Pairs well with:
Beef steak, lamb dishes and hearty braised dishes.
