An elegant blend of Pinotage, Pinot Noir and Cinsault that playfully reflects the origins of Pinotage. The nose shows black cherries, plums, floral notes and fine spice. On the palate, the wine is juicy, fresh and balanced, with soft tannins and attractive tension.

Vinification:
Matured for 12 months in French oak barrels.

Food pairing:
Duck, game carpaccio and refined dishes with dark fruit and spice.
