A complex Cabernet Sauvignon from Stellenbosch with mulberry, cassis, cranberry, dark chocolate, cedar and fine minerality. On the palate it is dry, full-bodied and elegant, with velvety tannins, black fruit, subtle oak and a balanced finish.
 
Vinification:
Matured for 17 months in 300-litre French oak barrels, 40% of them new.
