A characterful Zinfandel from Stellenbosch with sour cherries, ripe cranberries, dark chocolate, liquorice, allspice and cinnamon. On the palate it is dry, powerful and savoury, with well-integrated oak, mineral freshness, tobacco notes and a concentrated finish.
 
Vinification:
Matured for 12 months in 300-litre French oak barrels, 27% of them new.
