Boplaas Family Reserve Ring of Rocks 2022 from Boplaas Family Vineyards & Distilling comes from the Western Cape. This red wine combines dark fruit, spice and a structured style with a distinctly South African character. The blend is shaped by Touriga Nacional, Shiraz, Malbec and Cinsault.
 
Vinification:
The grapes are picked early in the morning and gently fermented in open concrete fermenters. The wine then matures for 14 months in first- and second-fill French oak barrels before being bottled unfined and unfiltered.
 
Pairs well with:
Braised beef, lamb, game dishes and mature cheese.
