Creation Estate Art of Pinot Noir 2023 from Creation Wines comes from Walker Bay, Hemel-en-Aarde Valley. The red wine combines dark fruit, spice and a structured style with a distinctly South African character. Pinot Noir defines the character of the wine.
 
Vinification:
The Pinot Noir is vinified predominantly as whole bunches without destemming or crushing. It then matures for twelve months in selected oak barrels, around half of which are new.
