Vinification:
The grapes are selectively harvested and processed immediately to preserve freshness and aroma. Fermentation takes place under temperature control in stainless steel. Oak is deliberately avoided in order to retain the clear fruit, freshness and linear structure of the wine.
 
Food pairing:
Summer salads, grilled fish, seafood and goat's cheese. Also suitable as an aperitif.
