The palate offers the same intense fruit flavours and is full-bodied and fruity, with a velvety mouthfeel, lively minerality and perfectly integrated acidity. The finish is fruity and fresh. Vinification:
Creation Estate Viognier is hand-harvested, fermented in stainless steel and deliberately matured without oak or malolactic fermentation. Brief maturation on the fine lees adds texture while freshness and clear fruit remain the focus.
