A fresh, elegant red wine blend from Stellenbosch with fine aromas of roses and ripe strawberries. On the palate it is medium-bodied, with juicy fruit, very soft tannins and a pleasantly smooth, balanced finish.
 
Vinification:
Matured with a deliberate focus on freshness and balance. Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon spend around twelve months in seasoned French oak barrels, while Malbec is matured in stainless steel tanks.
 
Food pairing:
Spanish tapas, light salads, cheese boards, charcuterie and uncomplicated starters.
