The grapes come from the valley of the same name near Stellenbosch, where conditions are ideal for Chardonnay. In the glass it offers aromas of vanilla, peach and a hint of honey. Vinification:
After being hand-harvested in the morning, the wine was barrel-fermented and matured for ten months in barriques (40% new French oak).
