A characterful Sauvignon Blanc from eight carefully selected rows in a premium Durbanville vineyard. The wine shows aromas of nectarine and kiwi, complemented by fine mineral notes. On the palate it is rounded, balanced and fresh, with lively acidity and clear fruit.
 
Vinification:
After hand-harvesting, the grapes remain on the skins for 8 hours. After pressing, the must rests for 36 hours, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation and 6 months of maturation on the fine lees.
