An elegant, characterful Reserve Sauvignon Blanc from Durbanville. The grapes come from high-lying vineyard blocks overlooking Table Mountain and False Bay. In the glass the wine shows citrus peel, lime, passion fruit and gooseberry, supported by fine minerality. On the palate, freshness and creaminess combine in a long, harmonious finish.
 
Vinification:
The grapes are gently crushed and destemmed. After a short period of skin contact, the must is pressed, clarified and fermented under controlled conditions. The wine then matures on the fine lees for five months.

Rich seafood dishes, creamy soups and strongly seasoned fried fish.
