The Diemersfontein Cabernet Sauvignon has intense aromas of blackcurrant, sweet plum, vanilla and a hint of clove on the nose. The palate shows intense fruit flavours and a firm tannin structure. The Diemersfontein Cabernet Sauvignon is already ready to drink, but can continue to develop beautifully over the next few years. Winemaker: Francois Roode
 
Vinification:
After fermentation, the Cabernet Sauvignon matured for 16 months in barriques, 80% new and 20% second fill.
