Equanimity Cabernet Sauvignon has a deep, dark colour. The nose shows cassis, black berries, cigar box and a hint of mint. On the palate there are dense, concentrated flavours of cassis and dark fruit, complemented by elegant tannins. The finish is long and intense.

Vinification:
This wine was fermented in open tanks with regular pump-overs four times a day to extract the full range of aromas from the berries. After alcoholic fermentation, the wines underwent malolactic fermentation in barrel, followed by 18 months of maturation in 30% new French oak.
