Dornier Semillon has a golden-yellow colour. The bouquet is full of aromas of lemon zest, fresh hay, caramelised apple and honey. On the palate, rich flavours of quince, lemon meringue and brioche unfold, accompanied by a lush, full-bodied texture supported by well-balanced acidity and a lingering finish.

Vinification:
The grapes are hand-harvested at optimum ripeness, allowing the fruit to be selected directly in the vineyard. The juice was fermented in new and second-fill 300-litre French oak barrels and matured on the lees for nine months, giving the wine a rich and creamy texture.
