Eikendal Cabernet Sauvignon has an appealing nose with hints of cassis, mint and a little pepper. The palate shows ripe dark berry fruit, powerful tannins and refreshing minerality. Eikendal Cabernet Sauvignon has a fruity, juicy and long finish. With good storage, the wine can mature for at least another 20 years.

Vinification:
The wine underwent malolactic fermentation in tank and was then transferred to barrels for maturation. It subsequently matured for 18 months in 300-litre oak barrels, with 15% new oak.
