Eikendal Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot offers aromas of ripe blackberry and blackcurrant. The same flavours continue on the palate, accompanied by spicy, harmoniously integrated oak notes. The intense fruit is supported by a fine tannin structure. The wine has a long, intense finish.

Vinification:
The wine underwent malolactic fermentation in tank before being transferred to barrels for maturation. It then matured for 12 months in 300-litre oak barrels, with 15% new oak. The final blend was assembled shortly before bottling.
