Janina seduces the senses with aromas of green apple, lemon and fresh pineapple. The Chardonnay has nuances of honey and orange blossom that continue on the palate and lead to a delicious, fresh finish.

The Chardonnay matured in a combination of stainless-steel tanks, cement eggs and plastic eggs. After fermentation, the wine remained on the fine lees until bottling.
