Vinification:
The base wines from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are vinified using the traditional bottle-fermentation method, Méthode Cap Classique. Secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle, followed by lees ageing, which gives the wine structure, finesse and its elegant mousse. ⠀

As an aperitif, with oysters, seafood, sushi, fine starters or for festive occasions in a small group. ⠀
