Groot Constantia Gouverneurs Reserve White 2024 from Groot Constantia comes from the Western Cape. The white wine shows freshness, clear fruit and a calm, balanced structure. Sauvignon Blanc defines the wine.
 
Vinification:
The grapes are hand-picked and vinified separately. The wine matures for ten months on the fine lees in French oak barrels of varying fill ages and, after bottling, for a further twelve months in bottle.
 
Pairs well with:
seafood, goat's cheese, fresh salads and light vegetable dishes.
