Groot Constantia Grand Constance 0.375 l (half bottle) 2022 from Groot Constantia comes from the Western Cape. The wine shows a concentrated, sweet style with ripe fruit, fine acidity and a long finish.
 
Vinification:
The Muscat de Frontignan grapes remain on the vine for an extended period and dry naturally, concentrating sugar, aromas and extract. After fermentation, the wine matures for 24 months in used oak barrels and then for a further two years in bottle.
 
Food pairing:
Fruit desserts, mature cheese, blue cheese and desserts that are not overly sweet.
