A fine, deliberately individual wine from Haute Cabrière in Franschhoek. The blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay has a delicate salmon hue and combines red berries, citrus fruit, subtle exotic notes and minerality. On the palate it is light, dry, fresh and very well balanced.
