This Rosé from the Western Cape shows a light, precise and refreshing style inspired by classic Provence Rosés. The colour is a delicate salmon pink with hints of onion skin. The nose unfolds with lychee, strawberry and tropical fruit, complemented by rose petals, orange peel and grapefruit. On the palate the wine is dry, fruit-driven and lively, with flavours of raspberry, pineapple and a hint of lavender. Vinification:
The grapes are selectively harvested and gently processed to preserve freshness, aromatics and the pale Rosé colour. Brief skin contact is used to control colour extraction. Temperature-controlled fermentation focuses on fruit clarity and tension. The wine is matured without oak to preserve a fresh, precise and dry Rosé style.
