An approachable, harmonious Cape Blend from Kanonkop. Blackcurrants, raspberries, cherries and dark plums meet cinnamon, allspice and a touch of chocolate. The palate remains lively and fresh, with juicy fruit, fine tannins and pleasant length.
 
Vinification:
After fermentation in open concrete tanks, the wine matured for twelve months in used French oak barrels.
