An elegant, full-bodied Paul Sauer in the classic Kanonkop style. Blackcurrant, red berries and cassis combine with spicy notes and ripe fruit. On the palate the wine is dense and powerful yet soft and elegant.
 
Vinification:
The complex fruit was complemented by 24 months of maturation in new 225-litre French oak barrels with medium toast.
