An intense Sauvignon Blanc from the Western Cape with aromas of gooseberry, green pepper, lime, honeydew melon and passion fruit. On the palate it is fresh, clean and lively, with tropical fruit, fine herbal spice and a long finish.
 
Vinification:
Very slow fermentation at around 13 °C, followed by more than seven months on the lees.
