An elegant, focused Cabernet Franc from Stellenbosch with clear structure and fine spice. The nose shows red and dark berries, herbal notes and a hint of pepper. On the palate, the wine is precise and balanced, with fine-grained tannins, fresh acidity and a long, clean finish. A characterful red wine with tension and a clear sense of origin. Vinification:
The grapes are selectively harvested and gently processed. Fermentation takes place under controlled conditions, followed by maturation designed to highlight the structure, freshness and varietal spice of Cabernet Franc. The aim is a clear, elegant style with good ageing potential.

Lamb meatballs in tomato sauce, roast turkey with cranberry sauce and warm Camembert with rosemary.
