The La Bri Barrel Select has aromas of spicy peach and lime. On the palate, peach and lime are joined by spicy, perfectly integrated oak notes. The palate is elegant and creamy, while also showing refreshing minerality. The finish is very long and intense. The Barrel Select Chardonnay is ready to drink now, but will continue to develop beautifully over the coming years.

Vinification:
The grapes were cold-stored overnight to preserve their fresh, fruity character during whole-bunch pressing. After settling, the clear juice was racked off the gross lees into 300-litre French oak barrels (first fill). The wine was fermented and matured in barrel for 11 months.

fish in butter sauce, chicken with white wine sauce, and risotto Milanese.
