The La Bri Barrel Select smells of spicy peach and lime. On the palate, peach, lime and spicy, perfectly integrated wood notes. The palate is elegant and creamy, but also has a refreshing minerality. And the finish is very long and intense. The Barrel Select Chardonnay is ready to drink now, but will develop wonderfully over the next few years.

Vinification:
The grapes were kept cold overnight to preserve their fresh, fruity character during whole-cluster pressing. After settling, the clear juice was transferred from the coarse lees to 300-litre French oak barrels (1st ageing). The wine was fermented and matured in barrel for 11 months.
Goes well with:
Fish in butter sauce, chicken with white wine sauce, risotto Milanese.
