La Bri Chardonnay shows fresh notes of pineapple, pear, peach and creamy lemon on the nose. The same fruit aromas continue on the palate, complemented by creamy biscuit notes. The finish is long, fresh and elegant.

Vinification:
The grapes were kept cold overnight to preserve their fresh, fruity character during whole-bunch pressing. After settling, the clear juice was separated from the gross lees and transferred to a selection of the best 300- and 600-litre French oak barrels, 20% new. Fermentation in barrel used a combination of natural fermentation and selected inoculation. After three months of lees contact, the wine was racked and matured for a total of 10 months.
 
Pairs well with:
fish in butter sauce, chicken with white wine sauce, and risotto Milanese.
