La Bri Double Door Chardonnay Viognier is a new blend in La Bri’s Double Door range. The nose shows peach and lime. On the palate there are intense peach notes and soft, perfectly integrated oak. The wine has a wonderfully creamy texture and a long, intense finish.

Vinification:
The grapes were chilled overnight to preserve their fruit character during whole-bunch pressing. After settling, the clear juice was racked off the gross lees into two older 300-litre French oak barrels. The wines matured for 12 months before bottling.
