The La Bri Double Door Chardonnay Viognier is a new cuvée in the Double Door range from La Bri. Peach and lime on the nose. Intense peach notes and soft, perfectly integrated wood notes on the palate. The wine has a wonderfully creamy texture and a long, intense finish.

Vinification:
The grapes were kept cold overnight to preserve the fruit character during whole bunch pressing. After settling, the clear juice was transferred from the coarse lees to two older French oak barrels (300 litres). The wines matured for 12 months before bottling.

Cape Malay curry, creamy fish dishes, risotto Milanese.
