The Double Door Crystal is a Cap Classique in the classic French style. Elegant citrus and biscuit notes on the nose, fresh citrus flavours with subtle nutty notes on the palate. Crystal Spark has a perfect perlage and fresh, intense flavours.

The grapes were sorted by hand and pressed as whole bunches before fermentation took place in four old French barrels. After three months in the barrel, the base wine was blended, bottled by hand and sealed with crown corks. The Liquer de Tirage was added and the wine was allowed to complete its second fermentation. This brut cuvée matured for 39 months on the lees in the bottle before disgorging. A dosage of 4 g/l was added to achieve the perfect balance in this Cap Classique.
