La Bri Viognier has an aroma of peaches and apricots. The intense fruit flavours on the palate are complemented by velvety and creamy wood notes.  The Viognier is complex and elegant with a long-lasting dry finish.

Vinification:
The grapes were kept cold overnight to preserve the fruit character during whole bunch pressing. After settling, the clear juice was transferred from the coarse lees to two French oak barrels (600 litres and 300 litres). The wines matured for 9 months before bottling.

Duck with apricot glaze, curries, spicy Indian dishes.
