Lanzerac Jonkershoek Reserve 2020 is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and Petit Verdot. The grapes for each variety come from selected vineyards in the Jonkershoek Valley. Both harvesting and pruning were carried out entirely by hand, with the greatest care to avoid damaging the grapes. Only healthy, intact grapes were harvested. Winemaker: Wynand Lategan
 
Vinification:
Matured in French oak barrels for 12 to 18 months, depending on the vintage.
